FAQs

1) I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped out?

  • We understand the excitement of receiving a parcel, hence we always do our best to ship out every order ASAP. Please allow us up to 2 working days to process your order depending on volume. Average shipping time should take 10-21 days, depending on locations.
  • Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped
  • If you have not received your tracking number after 7 business days, kindly email us at support@laptopgroups.com

2) I would like to return my order as there is a defect. How do I do it?

  • If your order is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee, or a 1-1 exchange of product.
  • For exchanges, simply send us a picture of the damaged goods via support@laptopgroups.com, along with your name and order number, and we will ship out a new product to you immediately.
  • For refunds, simply ship the product back to us within 30 days, and when we receive it the full amount of your purchase will be refunded back to you.
  • Please include your name and order number on the parcel for easy reference.
  • If your parcel is already on the way, please wait to receive it before shipping it back to us for a full refund.
  • Shipping costs relating to a return will be born by the customer.

3) Can I cancel my order?

  • Of course! Just do it within 4 hours and we will honor your cancellation.

4) I entered incorrect details while ordering. What should I do?

  • If you suspected that you might have inserted incorrect details during your checkout, kindly refer to the confirmation email to double check.
  • Once you have confirmed that your details are incorrect, please notify us immediately via email at support@laptopgoups.com within 4 hours
  • Your details will then be updated upon receipt of your email.
  • If 4 hours has passed since your order, or if your order has already been shipped out, we apologise that we might not be able to offer you a refund.

5) What currency is your website denominated in?

  • All our products are denominated in USD.

6) What methods of payment are accepted?

  • We can accept every single credit card existing and obviously PayPal

7) How do I place an order?

  • Choose the items you want and click “Add to cart” button to reserve your product.

  • Then click the “Checkout” icon in the upper right to view your shopping cart and again click “Checkout” to proceed and come to a page where you can apply your discount codes.
  • Immediately after that, you’ll be asked to provide your details to confirm your order.
