RETURNS

  • Here at Laptopgroups, we are confident that our products will help you. Therefore, we are ready to offer you a 30 days money-back guarantee so that you can try our products risk-free.

  • However, if 30 days have passed since the date you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a refund nor an exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. That includes the original packaging too.

  • To complete your return, please drop us an email at support@laptopgroups.com. Kindly attach the following items for us to process the return.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase (screenshots are fine)

    • Your Name

    • Your Order No.

    • Date of Purchase

  • Following which, we will give you further instructions via email on how to proceed with your return.

  • All shipping costs relating to returns will be born by the buyer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you of our receipt.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and your full purchase amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@laptopgroups.com and we will forward you a return address.

  • Shipping costs relating to returns and exchanges will be born by the buyer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Similarly, the time your returns will take to reach us may also vary. All responsibilities lie with the buyer to ensure that the return reaches us within 30 days, starting from the date that they received the item.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not bear any responsibility for lost mails.
